Cant seem to dig up much on this animator. His name is Dennis Beckstein, he is German, and judging from this piece he is good. From the description I actually think this may be a group project with a couple of other guys…Marian Sander and Manuel Ritter. But the bottom line is I like it and you might too 🙂

Ok! So. I did come back, and watched it again – finally I realized what was going on! I couldn’t understand why the stuff was happening before she went in the pet shop. But then I realized she just went in there for food or supplies, for a pet that she already had.
I love the modeling of the buildings back into the distance. Very nicely rendered. Hand-drawn scenery, but wrapped around a computer skeleton! So the changing view is there as you move.
I love the pig over the window of the pet shop! Reminds me of the pigs I drew at Draw a pig personality test.
Can you believe I have never take the Draw a Pig Personality Test??!! I am a little scared about what it might reveal about me. What if it reveals some deep dark secret best left buried? I don’t know if I can take the pressure…
