  1. That’s such a priceless picture.

Say, Alice, you’re so prolific lately! And I love it. But what’s your secret.

I bet when that kid grew up, she (or he) prized this shot!

  2. Was wondering about that very thing myself last night.

I seem to go on wild manic tangents for a day or two when stuff is flying at me and I have almost too much to toss out there into the world.

And then wooosh sudden black hole of nothingness.

I really out to sit on the stuff and dole it out bit by bit so during the black hole times there would still be something. But that kind of control is just not in my nature..nope 🙂

Yes, that baby is one lucky grownup to have that shot. Adorable treasure 🙂

  3. Don’t do it! Don’t sit on it. Share what grabs you while the enthusiasm’s there! Later on when you’re in a different place, it won’t relate and you’ll be like “why did I even want to put that up?”

But right then and there, it’s an expression of what’s on your mind, where you’re at. And a chance for someone else to be coincidentally in the same place!

My theory (on the prolific) was that you had acclimated to the workflow of the new job to the point where you could sneak blogs in from work.

  4. Ah…your theory does indeed hold water. Good thinking!

When I need a brain-break at work I do occasionally pop in and post something. Most of my “stuff” (read that random things I dump into folders…what I am in fact doing at this very moment…a mother load…my poor computer) however is here at home. So I try to squeeze one in the morning and sometimes again in the evening also.

Excellent point about the the ‘then and there’ posting. That kind of thing has happened to me. I have a couple posts like that sitting there never posted. May as well delete them because they just don’t feel right anymore.
