Robert Jeffrey was nine. His parents took him on a vacation and they ended up at Hampton Beach Casino in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire.
Madonna was still hot that summer and so was Robert’s lip synch blue-screen performance to Vogue. He was a dancing machine then and I’m willing to bet he still is.
